Description

The Lat Pull Down/ Shoulder Press should be a centrepiece of every TGO outdoor gym. This double unit upper body star offers strength and toning exercises, giving a fantastic upper body workout for all abilities.

Based on lifting approximately 30% of the user’s body weight, this machine works the shoulders and arms on one side and the arms and back on the other. To increase the resistance, lift your feet off the floor slightly while seated or use one hand at a time. And breathe!

For SWING FRAMES and ADVENTURE TRAIL ITEMS, EARLY YEARS ITEMS, CLAMBER STACKS AND ROUND TIMBER ITEMS and GYM EQUIPMENT you will need either a FORKLIFT OR TRACTOR OR HELPING HANDS ONSITE to help unload items. If we install for you, we will arrange delivery.

Delivery and installation times vary (normally around 8-12 weeks depending on the specific item), so please contact us to discuss your project for an estimated delivery and installation date (if necessary).

Delivery might be at a separate time from installation.
